At JH Turiel we use GoToAssist for our Mac and Windows remote support. To use it, get in touch with one of our techs by phone, and then take your computer browser to www.fastsupport.com. Follow the instructions on the page and use the 9-digit code we give you on the phone, and we will be able to initiate a remote help session.

For our regular clients, we also have the ability to monitor and manage your networks from our own offices. Ask us about these capabilities.
