For our current Mac-based clients, we now offer remote fixing of many problems using Mac HelpMate software. A customized version of the software can be downloaded for you to install on your Mac (simply unzip the file and drag it into your Applications folder) — it can be used to perform many system maintenance functions and to invite us to remotely fix your Mac as well. We've uploaded version 2.5 of MacHelpMate with many new features as of 4/2/08 - if you've already downloaded MacHelpMate before, please get this new version and install it.

In order to initiate a support request (call us first!):

1. Open Mac HelpMate.
2. Click "Get Support" on the lower portion of the Info window (or click on the graphic of our logo and skip to #4).
3. Choose "Mac HelpMate Remote" from the popup menu.
4. Click "Share my Screen" button.

For Windows users:

Download the Windows version of this tool at:
http://www.jhturiel.net/help/whm.exe.zip

Unzip the file to your desktop, and double-click to run. As in the Mac version, all the info needed to get a support request in is embedded in the program.
